Welcome to everyImages. By using everyimages.space (the “Service”) you agree to these Terms of Service.

1. The Service

everyImages offers a curated catalogue of digital images (“Images”) available for download, both free and as paid one-time purchases.

2. Account & Orders

  • You must provide accurate name and email information at checkout.
  • You are responsible for keeping your download files and any receipt or order confirmation safe.

3. License Granted

When you download an Image (free or paid), you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable, worldwide license to use the Image for personal and commercial purposes, subject to the restrictions below.

You may NOT:

  • Resell or redistribute the Image as a standalone file.
  • Use the Image in a way that is unlawful, defamatory, or infringes third-party rights.
  • Claim ownership of the Image or register it as a trademark.

4. Payments

Payments are processed by Creem. Prices are shown in USD unless otherwise stated. By completing checkout you authorise the charge of the displayed amount.

5. Refunds

Because Images are digital goods delivered immediately, all sales are generally final. See our Refund Policy for the full terms and discretionary exceptions.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Service, attempt to bypass paywalls, scrape content at scale, reverse-engineer the Service, or interfere with its operation.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the Service, including the Images, branding, and code, is the property of everyImages or its licensors and is protected by applicable laws.

8. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, everyImages is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Service at any time for violation of these Terms.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
