Refund Policy

Because everyImages sells digital goods that are delivered instantly upon successful payment, all sales are generally final and non-refundable.
1. When We May Issue a Refund
We may, at our discretion, issue a refund in the following cases:
- You were charged twice for the same order.
- The downloaded file is corrupted and we are unable to provide a working replacement.
- You did not authorise the transaction (subject to verification).
2. When Refunds Are Not Available
- You changed your mind after a successful download.
- You no longer need the Image or purchased it by mistake (after download).
- You are unhappy with the artistic style — previews are provided before purchase.
3. How to Request a Refund
Email help@anukar.tech within 14 days of your purchase, including:
- Your order number (e.g.
ord_…). - The email used at checkout.
- A short description of the issue.
4. Processing
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method via Creem and typically appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
5. Chargebacks
Please contact us before initiating a chargeback. We are usually able to resolve issues quickly and amicably.
